I am a dual-licensed Real Estate Broker(California and Hawaii), investor, and property management professional with more than 23 years of real estate experience. In addition to real estate sales, I founded a full-service property management company currently overseeing more than 100 rental properties. Firsthand experience with the realities of owning and managing investment properties—from tenant placement and leasing to maintenance, operating expenses, rent strategy, owner relations, and long-term asset performance. My experience includes residential investment properties, single-family rentals, multifamily opportunities, vacation rentals, commercial properties as well as experience with manufactured and modular housing. (Manufactured Home Dealers Licensed) Prior to real estate, I worked as an equity options market maker and floor trader, an experience that helped shape my analytical approach to evaluating risk, return, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
